4. You pay the agreed-upon package amount upfront, and I begin work immediately.

5. I send detailed progress reports every 5–10 hours so you always know exactly where the project stands.

Every report follows the Genealogical Proof Standard (GPS) and includes full source citations, digital copies of records, and clear analysis.

I never charge for administrative time, and I always respect your budget. If additional hours become necessary, I will never proceed without your prior written approval.
